Matt and Sam met while working together for a nationwide General Contractor. Matt was the rising star of the company and Sam was a top producing project manager. From day one, Matt & Sam knew they had a special chemistry.
With over twenty years of experience in the Real Estate and construction space, Matt & Sam officially teamed up and formed iiA Developers. At the end of the day, they cared about two things: helping bring their client’s dreams to life & working with hand-selected team members they know they can trust.
